Thank you for purchasing our products at St. Andrew Church Goods and Bookstore (www.uocofusa.org) operated by the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

The following items are not returnable: personal care items, downloadable products, perishable items and custom-made items.

Shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Email bookstore@uocofusa.org with your order number, and reason for return. Our team will then provide instructions on where to ship your returned items. Alternatively, you can call (732) 356-0090 and request to speak to a bookstore representative.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
